We primarily hire caregivers as W-2 employees, which means you are a part of our team and eligible for benefits, including training, support, and possible healthcare options. This structure ensures job security and compliance with employment regulations. We do not typically hire 1099 contractors or private caregivers, as we believe in fostering long-term, stable employment relationships.
